Lil Ninjas
Ages 3-4
The Lil’ Ninjas class is the entry level to this all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions.
White
White 1: ages 5-7
White 2: ages 7-11
Students earn combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.
A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed. Children advance and learn at their own pace.
Yellow
Ages 5-11
Once ninjas complete their Mission and pass the White level, they advance to the Yellow class.
In this level, ninjas increase the difficulty level of skills and progressions, and also learn to recite the Ninja creed.
Green
Ages 5-11
Time to push yourself to the limit!
Ninja Zone's Green level is the toughest yet! We will challenge your ninjas to go beyond the Yellow skills to see just how fast, strong, and smooth they can be. No obstacle is too big for these ninjas!
Coming soon: Blue!
Green students will have the opportunity to test into Blue.

Simon
Ninja Department Leader
Simon is Sapphire's Ninja Zone Department Leader and he is certified as a level 2 coach through Ninja Sports International.
Simon has a lot of experience working with chilldren. His mom ran an in-home daycare as he was growing up, and he spent many years doing volunteer work with kids through churches, schools, and an organization that works with refugees. He also has several years experience working with adults and youth with special needs through various organizations.
Simon got his start in movement training during the 6th grade with taekwondo. Soon after, he moved on to tumbling and dance classes and stayed with it through his school years. After graduation, he explored various martial arts and then, got into parkour around 2005. Simon eventually found his way into a local parkour training group and began organizing training sessions and training new members.
Miss Sarah, another Department Leader, found the training group and gave the invitation for members to apply to be coaches at Sapphire. Simon jumped on the opportunity and began coaching Ninja Zone and boys’ gymnastics in 2018 and became the “Splinter” of Ninja Zone at the beginning of 2019.
